Fine Artist located in Golden, CO
Originally from Ohio, I graduated with a BA in fine art & communication from Denison University. From there, I made my way to Colorado (by way of Atlanta) to guide whitewater rafting trips on the Arkansas River. Since then, I've found a home with my husband and twin sons in the Rocky Mountain foothills just west of Denver. My life and artwork now live & breathe all things Colorado, whether its finding inspiration floating down a river or simply finding peace of mind in the outdoors to take back to the studio.
I've always found joy in creation, my appreciation for the process is perhaps at its peak. Painting brings calm in the chaos that is life as a working mom. It's just about the only place where my thoughts truly take a break and I can live in the here and now.
Outside of painting, I love international travel, whitewater rafting, paddle boarding, yoga, micro-brews and family game night.
